All about Byto Order Printers

Byto Order Printers compatible with The Byto Platform for QR Code Contactless Ordering, Delivery, Pickup, amazing Digital Menus and Hotel Room Service.

Cash Register Warehouse & Byto have teamed up to provide a streamlined purchasing experience for both online food ordering and printing solutions.

There are currently two ways you are able to connect your printer for use with Byto. 

Wired

This is the most reliable and recommended way of connecting your Byto compatible printer. You simply plug an ethernet cable (not supplied) from the printer and into your wireless router / modem via the LAN port. You will see lights on the back of your printer showing a connection has been made. After approx 5 to 10 seconds, the printer will print a small slip of paper with the IP Address (Example: 192.168.1.100) which you would then input into the Byto Platform.

Wireless

Wireless (Wifi) is a great option when cabling to the router / modem is not available. There are a few extra steps to setup a wireless printer with Byto but we can assist with setup should this be required. The printer will communicate to the router / modem wirelessly once setup. After approx 5 to 10 seconds, the printer will print a small slip of paper with the IP Address (Example: 192.168.1.100) which you would then input into the Byto Platform.
