All about Mr Yum Printers

Mr Yum Printers (Order Printers) allow you to print orders from the Mr Yum QR code mobile ordering & Delivery & pickup ordering platforms.

When choosing the direct to printer models, you can choose between two printers.

Thermal Printer

This prints a single copy of the order and its printed on a thermal paper roll (80mm x 80mm in size). You cannot place this docket too close to heat such as heat lamps or the paper will turn black and will not be readable. It can withstand some heat but not excessive heat.

Impact Printer

This printer is capable of printing on single, 2-ply & 3-ply paper roll and uses an ink ribbon. When using the multi-ply paper, you can print either duplicate or triplicate copies. As it uses an ink ribbon and plain paper, you have use this paper in hot environments and the paper is able to withstand high heat levels produced by heat lamps.
