The MINDBODY software is designed to run on any modern computer with the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Compatibility

We design, test, and support our web-based software to run on the latest, non-mobile versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox. However, some browsers may not function fully with certain elements of the software. In particular, Chrome does not presently perform as well with installed printers as Firefox, and Safari.

• For PC/Windows users, we recommend using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox available for Microsoft's operating systems.
• For Mac users, we recommend running the latest version of Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
• OS: You must use Windows 7 or newer with the latest Windows Updates applied. Windows XP is no longer supported directly by Microsoft nor MINDBODY.
• Support for Internet Explorer no longer exists.

Online Scheduling & Booking:

• Can be accessed from any machine with access to the internet (PC or Mac).
• Highspeed (Broadband) internet is recommended.
• Cookies must be enabled.

Receipt Printing:

• For the best output, please run your system using the latest version of Firefox or Safari. Please, note automatic printing is not available on Apple devices.
• If you have trouble printing receipts in Firefox, then use this article to help adjust the printer margins.

Can I use MINDBODY on my mobile phone, tablet, or Chromebook?

We advise against it.

We recommend keeping a desktop or laptop computer on hand to set up and manage your MINDBODY software while managing the day-to-day operations of your business using the MINDBODY business app.
